Chocolate coconut flour brownies!

Hi All!
I know that the paleo chocolate chip cookies have been quite popular, but I figured that it was time to try something different. These chocolate coconut flour brownies definitely hit the spot!
The combination of cacao powder, dark chocolate chips and honey is rich and sweet — but heart-healthy too! And, the star ingredient of this recipe, the coconut is gut-friendly and won’t leave you feeling drowsy!

Chocolate Coconut Flour Brownies
Total Time: 35 minutes
Serves: 10–12

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup coconut flour

  • 1¼ cup cacao powder
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ cup honey
  • ¼ cup coconut sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • ⅓ cup coconut oil
  • ⅓ cup dark chocolate chips

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 350 F.
  • In a medium bowl, add the wet ingredients and combine.
  • Next, add the dry ingredients.
  • Stir until all ingredients are incorporated together.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased 8×8 pan.
  • Top with chocolate chips and/or nuts if desired and bake for 25–30 minutes
